Episurf Medical’s shares are issued in two classes: Class A and Class B. Class B shares have been traded since June 10, 2014 on NASDAQ Stockholm’s main exchange.

Each Series A share entitles the holder to three votes at the Annual General Meeting and each Series B share entitles the holder to one vote at the Annual General Meeting. Series A shares may be freely converted into Series B shares (download form below). According to the Articles of Association, share capital must be at minimum 27,302,316.8 SEK and at maximum 109,209,267.20 SEK divided into at minimum 90,930,755 and at maximum 363,723,020 shares.

There are two types of shares in the company. The total number of shares outstanding is 267,065,447 of which 473,357 are Class A-shares and 266,592,090 are Class B-shares. Each Class A-share carries three votes, and entitles the holder to three votes at the General Meeting and each class B-share carries one vote and entitles the holder to one vote at the General Meeting.
